With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows, the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields.  

 

The sitting area has a large comfy sofa, smart TV, WIFI, a selection of games, books and maps as well as a log burner and complimentary basket of logs.  French doors lead out into a private south facing garden.

The kitchen has been carefully designed so it does not dominate the space.  The cupboard is compact, but perfectly formed.  It contains a fridge with small freezer, 2 ring induction hob, microwave/combi-oven and sink.  We have also provided a Nespresso machine and toaster.  Meals can be enjoyed at the farmhouse table separating the two areas.

Painted in relaxing F&B pigeon with its vaulted white-washed boarded ceiling the bedroom offers a hand-made Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, en-suite shower room and views across the surrounding fields.  Complimentary therapeutic Bramley products and cotton bathrobes make the en-suite an equally enjoyable space. Both areas are underfloor heated and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Outside, the Owlery has its own private south facing garden overlooking the arable fields beyond.  The garden is still in its infancy, but over the next year will begin to be as colourful as the inside!

The owners live in the farmhouse adjacent to the cottage and are usually on hand to offer help or advice.
